Henry Lamprecht graduated in law and specialised in Land law, Contract law, and Trusts and Equities. It was during this time that he developed an interest in all aspects of planning.
He served on a London Borough Council and worked as an election Campaign Manager for one of the major political parties for many years running numerous successful election campaigns on national, regional and local levels.

As Leader of West Oxfordshire District Council, James was a member of the Oxfordshire Growth Board where he was heavily involved with its housing & growth deal. He led the member work on the development of a Joint Statutory Spatial Plan for the County known as the Oxfordshire Plan 2050. This work has helped influence the emerging spatial framework for the Oxford Cambridge Arc.

Paul was elected on to Broxbourne Council in Hertfordshire in 1991. He has held many senior portfolios on the Council and most recently held the Cabinet portfolio for Planning and the Local Plan.

Richard was first elected to the London Borough of Hillingdon in 1982, serving until he stood down in 2014. He served as Leader of the Council, 1991 – 1993 and from 1998 – 2000 when he was elected to the Greater London Assembly (GLA). Richard was Group Leader of the Conservative Group until his appointment by Mayor Boris Johnson as the Statutory Deputy Mayor, 2008 – 2012.

Colin has always been interested in politics and became actively involved when joining his local parish council in Crawley Oxfordshire in 1995 which he currently chairs. He was elected to West Oxfordshire District Council in 2006 and served as chairman of Finance Overview & Scrutiny then Cabinet Member for Housing, Innovation and 20/20 Vision.

Daniel is a lawyer who specialised in healthcare law. Most recently he worked for different NHS Trusts with their in-house legal teams. This places him in a unique position as he actually understands how the NHS operates. This has been very useful in planning applications where unrealistic calls for or comments about medical facilities are made.
