Henry Lamprecht graduated in law and specialised in Land law, Contract law, and Trusts and Equities. It was during this time that he developed an interest in all aspects of planning.
He served on a London Borough Council and worked as an election Campaign Manager for one of the major political parties for many years running numerous successful election campaigns on national, regional and local levels.

Phillip has over 20 years experience at Director level within the planning and development sector specialising in PR and communications. He combines this with experience on the ground in local politics. His role at The CCP involves strategic direction, operations and financial management.
Phillip is an award winning Non-Executive Director having served as Chair and Board Member of charities and Housing Associations across London.
Cllr. Denise Hyland has been a Member of the Royal Borough of Greenwich since 2006, and was elected the first ever woman leader of the Borough in 2014, serving till 2018. Having previously been the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills, Denise was responsible for the redevelopment of Kidbrooke Village, the Royal Arsenal and Greenwich Peninsula. She also worked with political colleagues and business to bring a Crossrail Station to Woolwich.

Morgan graduated from Swansea University with a MA in Public Policy with experience in communications and stakeholder research. He has served as a Councillor on a Surrey Borough Council since 2019 where he is Deputy Leader of the Liberal Democrat group and has been an active member of the planning committee and local plan development process.
An active Liberal Democrat activist since 2015 he is experienced in campaign management and organisation, and he sits on the English Council of the Liberal Democrats.
As Leader of West Oxfordshire District Council, James was a member of the Oxfordshire Growth Board where he was heavily involved with its housing & growth deal. He led the member work on the development of a Joint Statutory Spatial Plan for the County known as the Oxfordshire Plan 2050. This work has helped influence the emerging spatial framework for the Oxford Cambridge Arc.
Richard was first elected to the London Borough of Hillingdon in 1982, serving until he stood down in 2014. He served as Leader of the Council, 1991 – 1993 and from 1998 – 2000 when he was elected to the Greater London Assembly (GLA). Richard was Group Leader of the Conservative Group until his appointment by Mayor Boris Johnson as the Statutory Deputy Mayor, 2008 – 2012.
Paul was elected on to Broxbourne Council in Hertfordshire in 1991. He has held many senior portfolios on the Council and most recently held the Cabinet portfolio for Planning and the Local Plan.
Daniel is a lawyer who specialised in healthcare law. Most recently he worked for different NHS Trusts with their in-house legal teams. This places him in a unique position as he actually understands how the NHS operates. This has been very useful in planning applications where unrealistic calls for or comments about medical facilities are made.

John possesses over 20 years of experience in producing and delivering community and stakeholder engagement strategies and place making plans for local authorities, third sector organisations, property developers and Premier League football clubs.
James worked for amongst other organisations for the Environment Agency and specifically on waterways, flooding and rivers. This unique background at the EA helps the CCP and our clients to address environmental concerns and find creative solutions.

Zach started his career in acting and appeared in films such as Now You See Me 2 with Woody Harrelson, Daniel Radcliffe, Morgan Freeman and Sir Michael Caine. He is still active as a very successful voice artist and is the voice for our Virtual Exhibitions and Virtual Site Visits.
